Physical inventory document clearing issue in Li 21 due to deficit of stock.

It was observed that for physical inventory document 6000000085 user is not able to clear/write off in Li 21 transaction after completion of cycle count. This is due to deficit of stock. As per the client advice made document on this and forwarded for better understanding of reason for failure.
